"lucky" to be lucky

Theoretically running a business which could be accepted well in our society sometimes isn’t so easy. It often has some challenges inside. Hence to be successful in our business we should have good anticipation to face some problems which might be happened as well as always try to make our business differently. It might be true if people wouldn’t remember our products easily if there are no specialties and uniqueness from us. On the contrary our business would expand continuously if we have one or more specialties those others don’t have. One of those specialties of a successful business should be the name election of that business or product itself. I think it’s should be the first critical business point since people would recognize our business from its name actually. One of successful business I’ve ever met in my country is a fruit shop. It simply just like a retail shop generally but it has a simple name hence quite easy to be remembered. The shop’s name actually is created from Chinese language which means “lucky”. Beside its location is quite strategic near downtown, the shop seems to get lucky because of it was named “lucky”. However it should be, it has been such a unique story of successful business here.

What is Your Specialty?

When we decided to create a new business several decades ago, we might tend to make a complete one. Long time ago we should often meet many businesses those have conventional concept. One of simple examples I’ve seen is a bakery shop. Tens of years ago it just was a shop which sold many kinds of bakery with various taste of its products. In the next decade people tried to replace that conventional concept with a new one. People tended to develop more specific business concept instead of keep maintaining a conventional one. Hence I’ve met several bakery shops not as their original essence anymore but it has been replaced mostly with one kind of bakery which they offered such as pizza, donut, cup cakes and many more. I think most of them have been successful on this band because of its each specialty. Therefore when someone wants to buy donuts they probably would refer directly to Dunkin Donuts and the one would go to Pizza HUT when she wants to eat pizza. This modern concept should be a new strategy for many businesses nowadays which is profitable especially in creating their product specialties in people’s mind.
